A design-driven, strategy-led web studio in downtown Santa Barbara
Phi Web Studio is the practice of designer and developer Carlos Flores. For over 15 years we have planned, designed, built, and looked after websites for businesses on the Central Coast and clients around the world, with one measure of success: does the site bring in the calls, inquiries, and sales it was built for?
Meet Carlos Flores
Carlos founded Phi Web Studio in Santa Barbara and still leads every project personally, from the first discovery call to launch day and the support that follows. He is a designer and a developer in equal measure, which is why our sites look considered and also load fast, rank well, and hold up under real use.
His background is in large-scale design work that had to meet strict corporate brand guidelines, discipline he now brings to law firms, medical practices, nonprofits, contractors, and specialty retailers. He builds primarily on WordPress and Shopify, writes the articles in our Insights section, and is the person you will talk to when you call.

Results you can measure
Calls, form submissions, bookings, and sales are the scoreboard. We set up the tracking to see them and report in plain language, not dashboards you need a translator for.
You own your site
Everything we build is yours: the code, the content, the accounts. We train you to edit it yourself, and we are still here when you would rather we did.
